Hi! I am offering my studio/mini-apartment from the 4th of September 2016 until the 3th of September 2017. The move in/out dates are discussable. The apartment is situated in the heart of Rotterdam. It is located in next to de Meent, "The most glamorous street of the city". The AH (2 min), shops, restaurants and public transport (metro/tram Stadhuis) are within walking distance. Central Station is only at 5 minute bike ride away! The apartment is on the first floor. You will share the front door, but your unit has a separate lock. You will have your private bedroom/living room, a renovated bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a large balcony overlooking the beautiful water! It is fully furnished. No washing machine, but you will find laundries at a 5 min walk from the apartment. There is a double bed and a comfy mattress. The apartment is suitable for 1 person.
