Supermarket is walking distance and if you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Not to forget to mention the many shops and Pathe Cinema if you don't want to sit home to Netflix and chill. Furthermore I am fully furnished and equipped with lifesavers as dishwasher, washingmachine, dryer and TV. "What are your weaknesses?" Yes, nobody is perfect, I also have my weaknesses.
