*International only- Starting rent 1st november* This house is nice and decent. And has 6 rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The house is in the middle of the CITY CENTRE and also close to the university of Utrecht (both HU and UU, at 10 minutes biking). Central Station is five to ten minutes biking. We rent this room to international students only and its already furnished! We ask administration costs of 240 euro. Important: Rent is inclusif the service cost, and cleaning 1time per 2weeks of the common area's. You pay deposit for 1,5month, which you get back in the end.
