Nice room located in Utrecht, close to the University and the city center. The room is 12m2 and has shared facilities, you share these with 4 roommates. There is a shared balcony. The rent is all inclusive, other than the service charges (gas, water, electricity and internet) there is also a cleaning service that stops by once a week. The room is available for international students only, from August 1st until August 31, 2018. There is a one time administration fee of 240 euros. Please let me know if you are interested!
