Oude Boteringestraat, Groningen

Since i will be traveling for a few months i am subletting my room in the city centre of Groningen. It will be available from the 9th of april (or first if you'd like) until july/august, that is open for discussion! It is a spacious room located at the Oude Boteringestraat, which means it is 2 minutes walk to the university library, 200m to a supermarket and 500 meters to the city centre. The room itself is 26 square meters and has a refrigerator. The toilets (2) and bathroom are shared with 5 others. There is also a roofterras (50 square meters) where you can chill. The price is 500 euros included water/gas/internet etc. We are looking for a student or somebody that is working, under the age of 30. Please send me a message if you are interested
