It is a well lit, furnished room of 18m^2 on the third floor with an ensuite bathroom. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen shared with seven other residents. It also has a really nice view to the city. It is a 10 minute walk to Grote Markt and UMCG as well as a 5 minute walk to a few grocery stores including the Albert Heijn and Jumbo. There are near by bus stops with direct access to Zernike and the train station.
