A very nice and fully equipped two room apartment near the city centre of Groningen. The room is suited for 1 person only. The UMCG is literally around the corner (500m), the city centre (Grote Markt) and the University (RUG) are at approximately 1.400m, less than 10 minutes by bike. Bus stop situated at 50m , supermarket at 100m and a bakery at 30m. The Hanze University of Applied Sciences is a 13 minute bike ride away (3.000m). The living room is fully equipped with a nice sofa, large flatscreen television (including HBO, Fox Sports and at least 200+ other channels) and a dining table. The bedroom has a 2 person bed (200 x 180) and a large closet (IKEA Pax series). Both rooms give access to the balcony, facing south so lots of sun during the summer. Fast cable Internet (Wi-Fi 2.4 and 5 GHz) is also included. The kitchen, balcony, toilet and bathroom are shared with the owner and his cat (Jasper). Kitchen is brand new and comes with dishwasher, two ovens (microwave, steamer, grill), refrigerator and freezer. A cleaning lady comes every two to three weeks to clean the hallway, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Owner and cat are very social and easy going, both love to meet new people!...Show more
