The appartement is very close to the supermarket, and it is a biking distance from downtown and hanze university, and a walking distance to the nearest train station. Included in the apartment is a shared kitchen, bathroom and restroom. Other than that you will have access to two seperate rooms, one bedroom and one study room, these are connected via the hallway. I am looking for a tenant that will stay in the room for at least a four month period, this would preferably be a student studying abroad in Groningen. You will need to be a clean and tidy person.
