Hello everybody, There’s a beautiful, spacious room on the 2nd floor (the attic) at Briljantstraat 199 that will soon be available for rent. Perfect location for Hanze students (7-10 minutes walk to Hanze). Looking for a calm, clean, quiet, serious student. No gender preference. The room is available from 1st of February to around 20th of August. As you can see it’s fully furnished: 2 beds (1 single bed, 1 double bed/couch so enough space for 3 people), 2 tables (1 desktop and 1 regular table), 2 sinks, mirror, fully equipped kitchen (including stove, oven, fridge, freezer, sink and most of the utensils you will need), clothes cupboard and the other furniture you see in the photos. The bathrooms are shared. There are 2 bathrooms (only one has space shower though) that are shared among 5 people. There are 2 parking spaces available: front and back.
