Hello, During the summer my room will be available for rent. The room is aproximatively 22 m2, furnished. The room is situated in the heart of Leiden, in the old city centre. Shops are around the corner. You'll be living with eight students from the age of 21 to 27. You've got you're own sink and fridge. Kitchen and bathroom are shared (1 shower, 3 toilets). There's also a small dining area, and a small common room. We have a nice balcony with planty of sun - now and then we like to BBQ. There are no obligations to socialize, but you are always welcome to join for diner. No smoking inside the room. The rent is 420 euro per month, including gas, water, electricity and internet.
