A really comfortable room that is very conveniently located, with the central station being a 10 minute walk and the city centre even less. The room itself has a large bed, plenty of storage space with two large cabinets, a small fridge, large windows and a "balcony". The house is shared by six male students (although this might change before the period starts) and has two toilets, a bathroom with washing machine, dryer and shower/bath, and a kitchen with a small garden attached. There is a park next to the door, and walking through it you get to the city centre, so every store imaginable is a 15 minute walk at most, and the supermarket even less. The carpets and tables will stay in the room. The starting and/or ending date of the period are discussable, as well as any other concerns you might have.
