SUBLETTING MY ROOM DURING THE FIRST SEMESTER This light, spacious room is situated in a large house on the Rapenburg; one of the most beautiful canals in Leiden. It is ±22m2 and is fully furbished. The house is right in the city center; the supermarket, station, shops, the library and university are all a 5-minute walk. We live with 20 girls in this student house, and every week a cleaner comes in to clean all the common areas. The rent price includes costs for this cleaner and the cleaning supplies, but also for electricity, water, washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi/internet cable, TV cable, dishwasher, and for staple goods such as tea, coffee, herbs and spices. We have two cats in the house; they however are not allowed to be in my room due to my allergies. It also is a non-smoking room! I am looking for a female subtentant for the period of 5 September- 17 January. The exact arrival/departure dates however are negotiable if this suits both of us better!
