The room is ±24m2 and is fully furbished (including: bed, mattress, desk, closets, bookshelf, couch and chairs etc. The house is right in the city center; the supermarket, train station, law faculty, shops, the library and university are all a 5-minute walk. We live with 20 girls in this student house, and every week a cleaner comes in to clean all the common areas. The monthly rent is €410,- inclusive . This price thus includes costs for this cleaner and the cleaning supplies, but also for electricity, water, washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi/internet cable, TV cable, dishwasher, and for staple goods such as tea, coffee, herbs and spices.
