He is looking for a new roommate, because the last one moved out to live abroad. Downstairs: living/dining room, fully furnished seperate kitchen, spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, large shower, toilet, sink and luxurious washing machine & dryer. Upstairs two bedrooms; one for my son, the other one is now available. Between the two bedrooms there is a passage and a second toilet & sink. This passage includes a closet providing you with clothing storage space seperate from your room. In your new bedroom you'll be provided with a new boxspring bed with the dimensions of 120cm by 100cm, a desk and a chair. This house is very charming and well-located but my son decides who will live in so it is important that you have personal contact with him before moving in!
