Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my DUWO room at Sigmaplantsoen this summer, from June 1st to August 11th (the end of my contract). Housing Information * Private studio, fully furnished * Great location: just a 5 minutes walk to Leiden Lammenschans station and a 3 minutes walk to PLUS supermarket. * 23 square meters spacious room, with a large window facing the courtyard * €691 per month (including utilities) The only requirement for the new tenant is that you must be a full-time student (either doing a bachelor or master study) at Leiden University. Additionally, I can leave the bedding and kitchen appliances to you. If you need other household items, I can also sell them to you (price negotiable).
