The house is fully renovated and for example includes a rain shower. The room is furnished and ultrafast wifi 24 hours a day is available free of charge. There is weekly professional cleaning of the house. Costs for utilities and for the cleaning are included. Most important house rules: no alcohol/drugs/cigarettes in/around the house, no complaints from the neighbors.
