There is free parking space available as well. The area is very safe to live. Expenses: The monthly rent is Euros 1250, which includes, service costs of the building. All other costs are for the tenant -- water, gas, electricity, cable tv, internet etc. The charges from Leiden City Hall will also be for the tenant and it is not included in the rent amount. Two month deposit is compulsory and long term lease duration is preferred. PS: Current tenant plans to leave end of August 2016.
