Great room in the heart of Maastricht available for subrent for 5 or 6 months from February onwards. I am subrenting my 25m2 room in Maastricht because I am going on Erasmus. The room is fully furnished, has a big LED TV, a nice speaker set, a fridge, sink and anything else you might need to survive. Because of the huge couch it is possible to have some friends over and chill. You can smoke everywhere in the house, and so do my roommates, keep that in mind. You will live together with my 2 male roommates who are part of a fraternity, like most of the people in this building (I am not a fraternity member, no problem whatsoever). They have people over in their rooms or in the kitchen occasionally, but so can you. They are great guys though and you can do whatever you want in the house as long as you keep in mind that you are living with other people.
