The room is 12 square meter with private fridge and sink. It's a student house, so the kitchen is shared with 6 other people, the bathroom with 2 others. We have a save backyard for bikes and a very helpful landlord in case there are problems. It is in walking distance to the inner city and only 3 minutes walking to SBE or Aldi supermarket, everything is else (like ah, library, fasos, law) very close and reachable within little time by bike....Show more
