The house is situated in a quiet neighbour nearby the marketplace in the centrum of Maastricht. Thus, shops are at walking distance accessible. The nearest supermarket, Albert Heijn is at 3 minutes by bike. There are lots of restaurants and bars around. There are two bus stops at 4 minutes walking distance. Otherwise, everything is reachable max 15 minutes on the bike (including faculties that are in Wyk). And, it's 7 minutes biking to the train station. The rent price includes two rooms and a bathroom on the second floor of the house: a big room, approx. 19 square meters turned into sleeping and study room (with a personal fridge as well). A small room, approx 10 square meters turned into a living room (couch, tv... The couch can also be used as a bed when having a visitor).
