Scharnerweg, Maastricht

I'm looking for a kind subrenter of my room in our student house on Scharnerweg during the summer. The room is fully furnished, contains one double-size bed (sleeping couch) and a single matress, desk, stereo-surround sytem, enough storage space and some pretty green plants. Our house has a 70m² terrace attached to the kitchen- perfect for workouts/bbq or sunbathing during the sunny months. My flatmates are only going to be partially there as everyone has their holidays planned in some way so it is not going to be a full house. The pictures are from last year so color and constellation of furniture changed a bit and the terrace is much nicer now- I will provide recent pictures asap. The books/clothes/small deco stuff in the room I will take out!
