Room for Sub-rent close to the station: 15th of June until end of January. 340€ everything included. Dear lovely Maastricht Community members and future members, I am going to be leaving Maastricht from Mid of June onwards, but since I love my house so much, I will sub rent my apartment to preferably a vegetarian or vegan girl. Generally, all applications are welcome! Here are the quick facts: -ca. 18 m2 square room, nicely furnished with couch, build in closet etc. (have a look at the picture or come by and check it out) -Location: close to the train station, AH (supermarket) ca. 50 meters, 7 minutes by bike to the Vrijthof (centre) and UM Sport (medicine and psychology faculty); short walk to the Maas (really nice for running, going for a walk or sitting down with friends in the park) -large community kitchen with everything a person needs and direct access to a giant roof terrace -4 international roommates -storage room inside the house and shed on the terrace -Bathroom with shower and washing machine; a separate toilet -entrance area for bicycles (I also have a bike that I would be willing to lend out if you take good care of it) I am looking forward to hearing from you, we can arrange a viewing of the house either in person or also over (hidden) if you are currently not yet living close to Maastricht.
