My room comes available from 01.07.2016 until the 31.12.2016, since I am going on a semester abroad. It is approximately 13m2-14m2 big. It comes completely furnished with a one-person bed, an armchair, a wardrobe, a dresser, two shelves and a shoe rack as well as a table with a chair. In the house, there are also four other really nice housemates with different nationalities (Dutch, Spanish, Polish and Rumanian). There is a big bathroom on the first floor (just across the bedroom) with a shower, a washing machine and a clothes drying rack. On the ground floor of the apartment, there is a big kitchen with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. Moreover, you can find the smaller bathroom with just the toilet on the ground floor as well as a small living room with a table and two sofas. The rent is 306€ which includes taxes. The apartment is located in Brusselseweg right next to the Hogeschool Zuyd. It is approximately 8 minutes by bike to the SBE and the city centre.
