Hello! The room can be furnished or unfurnished for your stay. The rent price does not including utilities, however we have worked them out to be around 90 euro a month (divided by our three roommates). Our contract ends at the 8th of September, however you could take over the contract if you wanted to stay past that date. There are 2 other bedrooms in the apartment as well as a shared living room (pictured), kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment is located behind the central station (about a 5 minute walk), about a 10 minute bike to the centre and the School of Business and a 7-8 minute bike to Randwyck (FHML) campus. There is also an indoor bike parking for your bike. The other two rooms in the Apartment will be available April 1st as well (see my other postings). The master bedroom is renting for 400 euro/month and a larger bedroom than mine is renting for 350 euro/month. The deposit will be returned at the end of your sub-rent contract.
