The place is quiet and peaceful. The location is really good and close to the University (FHML faculty,...) 700m/ 7 minutes by foot. The Randwick station is also 10 minutes away by foot (900m). The MECC is also 8 minutes away by foot (600m) The city center is 20 to 30 minutes by foot or +/- 7 minutes by bus. The bus station is 1-2 minutes away. The room is spacious ( although it doesn't quite show in the pictures), fully furnished and cozy. The kitchenware and other utilities are included. The kitchen is also fully furnished and newly renovated (late October 2017), shared with one person (girl) and is always kept in a clean state. The fridge is private as well as a small grill and toaster. The other tenant is also really nice and clean. The shower and the toilet are also newly renovated.
