Room available for subrent! (Dutch below) Since I'm going on a semester abroad I would like to subrent room at Bontwerkersdreef 10B. From the room it is a 3 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and 15 minutes by bike to the city centre. ZUYD University is only 5 minutes by bike The room is available from the end of August to the end of January (precise dates are flexible). The room is 15m2 and you have to share the bathroom, toilet and kitchen with 3 housemates. The price is 365 euros per month including the following: - Fully furnished room - Fully equiped kitchen - Wi-Fi - Gas/Electricity/Water - Bike Kamer beschikbaar voor onderverhuur Omdat ik een semester in het buitenland op stage ga, wil ik mijn kamer graag onderverhuren. De kamer ligt aan de Bontwerkersdreef op nummer 10B. Vanaf de kamer loop je binnen 3 minuten naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt (Plus) en met de fiets ben je binnen 15 minuten in het centrum. Hogeschool Zuyd is goed bereikbaar en ligt
