The location of the room is approximately a 2 minutes bike ride to the faculty FHML in Randwyck and a 10 till 15 minutes bike ride to the city Centre. Randwyck station is a 5 minute bike ride away. There is also a Plus supermarket nearby, 5 minutes walk, and a Lidl supermarket, 10 minutes bike ride away. The Plus supermarket is located at a little mall with a pharmacy and a Primera. The room is of a brokerage company, called Maasvallei, who will know about the sublease, so there is some paperwork that has to be filled in. Furthermore you can always contact Maasvallei when their are problems. The toilet, bathroom, hallway and kitchen are renov
