I have a cute apartment on the third floor with two bedrooms and I’m looking for a house mate to rent one of the bedrooms to. The bedroom is rather small, as it’s 7 m2, but you'll only need to sleep there, you can use the living room as a place to study and relax :) It is carpeted, but underneath it is laminate, so if you prefer that, we could arrange it. You will get to share all the other rooms just with me. The living room is 21 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, except for a dishwasher, but I’ll get that soon as well. The best part about the apartment is the large balcony, it’s 9 meters long. You'll share it just with me, I'm a medical student at FHML. Most of the weekends I am not here, as I visit my parents. The apartment is situated in Heugem, 5 min by bike to FHML/AZM, and 15 min to the city center. It’s 150 m to a bus stop, where a bus leaves every 15 minutes. 900 m to a supermarket, drug store, and pharmacy.
