This furnished and upholstered room is located on the second floor and features PVC laminate flooring, curtains, and a balcony. The room includes a spacious closet, a single bed, a desk and chair. The entire house has recently been fully renovated and is ready to be rented to university-trained male tenants. Residents are independent and do their own thing. A cleaner comes every other week to clean the shared spaces. In this room, you share the kitchen and bathroom with one other person, so two people share a bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a combination oven, refrigerator/freezer, and a bar table with seating for two. I am the owner and landlord and do my best to bring in the best people to ensure a quiet, peaceful, safe, and clean environment. The house accommodates six people, two with private facilities and four with private ones. There is also a large paved garden with a shed and rear access.
