**Temporary apartment for rent (max. 6 months) – peaceful location by the River Waal** In our home we rent out a **small, charming apartment for one person**. A pleasant place for someone who is looking for temporary accommodation in a quiet, green environment. The apartment is located **by the River Waal**, in a calm and natural setting where you can step outside for a walk along the water or through the surrounding landscape. The apartment is situated on the **first floor of our house** and has its own living space with a small kitchen. The **hallway and staircase leading upstairs are shared**, so we may occasionally cross paths, but the apartment itself offers plenty of privacy. The layout is as follows: * a **small kitchen with a dining table** * a **living room with a sofa and television** * a **loft sleeping area**, accessible via a staircase inside the apartment The **bathroom is located on the ground floor** and is shared. We have our own private bathroom and only use the downstairs bathroom occasionally during the day for the toilet. Outside there is a **shared garden** that you can use, including a **natural swimming pond**. Parking is available **on our property**, and there is also a **bike storage area**. We rent the apartment **for temporary stays (maximum 6 months)** and are looking for someone who consciously chooses a quiet place to live. For example: * a student or intern * a professional working temporarily in the area * someone who needs temporary housing during a transition period Because the apartment is part of our home, we are looking for a **quiet tenant** who treats the place with respect. It is therefore less suitable for someone who frequently receives visitors or enjoys playing loud music.
