Layout: The rooms are located on the second and third floors of the building. Upon entering, you enter the hall, which provides access to three bedrooms, the shared kitchen and the bathroom. On the third floor are the remaining three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, hood and combination oven. Finally, the apartment has a shared balcony. Rent and deposit: A total of 6 rooms will become available; the remaining 2 rooms will be added at a later date. The rent for room 2 is €740,- including an advance payment of €50,- for gas, water, electricity and internet.
