Through this way I am offering my newly refurbished house for 1 year of house keeping. I will be living together on a trial basis myself. About my home: 55m2, in Amsterdam West, three rooms, close to shopping center BOLO. I recently had everything completely refurbished, think of new (wooden) floors, all walls made smooth, whitewashed with paint sprayer, kitchen has a new top with new sink and new gas hob. In short, a lot of love has really been put into it. Also new dishwasher, and good washer and dryer available. You rent it from me including the big furniture sofa, bed, closet desk. But all my personal stuff is gone, you can bring your own personal stuff and some small furniture. Price per month all in: 1265 euros, 1 month deposit, internet is available. Television should still be connected. Please note, if you use more energy, you also pay more. Who I am looking for: I am looking for a single Dutch speaking person who is quiet. I have very nice neighbors and want contact with them to be good. It is a bit noisy, but my neighbors are very quiet. I have never had noise pollution myself, but some neighbors have in the past. I am looking for someone who is quiet themselves and does not have a house full of friends every night and likes loud music. For us on the porch, quietness is important. I am looking for someone over 28, with no pets or children. Please note, I am really looking for a single person because my house has been lovingly redecorated and I find it too small for two people and pets.
