Are you a student looking for a nice, quiet place to live and study? A cozy upstairs room will become available in my house. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and a spacious closet. In addition, you have a private balcony with two chairs and a small table - a great place to relax or study outside. Upstairs is a small kitchenette with sink, microwave, two stoves and a refrigerator with freezer, so you can easily prepare something yourself. The shower and toilet are downstairs; these are for the tenant of the room's own use. The room is located in my residence, so I am looking for a quiet and tidy student who is pleasant to live with and respectful of the house. Visits are not desired in principle; occasional ones may be possible by mutual agreement. This is therefore a great place for someone who appreciates a quiet living environment, is well-behaved and wants to have a good time studying here.
