I am looking for a reliable and tidy tenant for a cozy room in our shared apartment. The room is bright and spacious, with plenty of natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for someone who values comfort and a quiet living environment. Please note: the room is not furnished, so the new tenant would need to take over the furniture from the previous tenant or bring their own furniture. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to Dirk van den Broek, various restaurants, etc. The common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) are shared with 2 housemates who are friendly and respectful.
