Room available €375 per month – close to Rotterdam Blaak (Female’s only) Very small furnished room in cozy house with large shared living room with open kitchen and balcony. We look for a female tenant busy with either Masters, PhD or working and is planing to stay at least 12 months. The other rooms in this apartment are occupied with female Master students or PhD Erasmus MC or young professionals, all internationals, who are serious, follow a working schedule and left their party years behind them. Registration is possible. Deposit one month rent. Including bed (120cm wide), closet, desk + chair on your own room and in the shared area’s everything such as fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine, internet (wifi), flat screen TV with international channels. No surprises, the rent is all-in (incl. all city taxes etc.). Location is very central, safe neighbourhood, 12 minutes’ walk to station Rotterdam Centraal, 10 minutes’ walk to station Rot
