The exact date is still being discussed, but April 1 is subject to change. We live here with three girls (including you) who all have their own lives in Groningen. However, our doors are always open to each other and we regularly chill in each other's rooms. We are looking for someone who likes to be sociable and who also wants to plan a house night with us where we eat together and/or do something fun. We share the kitchen (with dishwasher!!!), bathroom, spacious hall and balcony with the three of us. We also have a washing machine, dryer and a storage room where you can park your bike. There are no other real obligations in our house, except for our cleaning schedule. We find it very important that everyone contributes to this. The room that becomes available is 15 m2, has a sink and you have your own balcony! The rent is €646 excluding g/w/l. The price might go down a bit. Within 7 minutes by bike you are at the big market and the umcg is 4 minutes, Zernike is 15 minutes by bike.
