Effective immediately, four short-stay apartments/studios will become available on Raamstraat. These are short-stay contracts valid until February 1, 2026 at the latest. Location These beautiful studios are located in the city centre of Groningen. The centre is within walking distance, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafés, and cultural hotspots. The main train station can be reached within a few minutes by bike. Layout Raamstraat 8-A (Photos 17–20) is located on the first floor and has a living area of approximately 25 m². The living/sleeping area has an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and extractor hood. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Raamstraat 8-C (Photos 8–12) is located on the first floor and has a living area of approximately 30 m². The living/sleeping area has an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and extractor hood. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. In addition, the studio has a separate bedroom. Raamstraat 8-E (Photos 2–7) is located on the second floor and has a living area of approximately 25 m². Rent The rent for studio 8-A is €1225 per month, including furniture, gas, water, electricity, internet and TV. The rent for studio 8-C is €1225 per month, including furniture, gas, water, electricity, internet and TV. The rent for studio 8-E is €1150 per month, including furniture, gas, water, electricity, internet and TV.
