House berries seeks new roommate! ⭐️🍇 (V, 19+) NO INTERNATIONALS Hii room seeking girls! We are looking for a cozy new roommate (V, 19+) as of May 1 in our house on Bessemoerstraat! You will live together with 3 social girls between 19 and 22 years old. We enjoy doing things together like cooking or going for a walk, but we also have our own life in Groningen. We find it important that you have this too. We also try to have house nights on Tuesdays, it would be nice if you are here too!🤩 We are therefore looking for a social and sociable girl. Someone who likes to undertake things, but also draws her own plan now and then. In the house we share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with the four of us (including you). Not to forget is our lovely spacious garden where we chill together in the summer! ☀️ The house has a washing machine and a dryer. We also work with a cleaning schedule, we think a clean house is important. The room is about 10 square meters and will cost 435 euros including. In the hallway there is a built-in closet that belongs to the room. The loft bed has to be taken over compulsorily (!!) for 40 eu. Other furniture can also be taken over preferably. The house is in an ideal location! With 6 minutes you are in the city center and the Noorderplantsoen is within walking distance! It is also about 10 minutes to Zernike campus.
