The kitchen is equipped with a range hood, induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and combi oven. Room 1 also has its own balcony. On the second floor, there are the bathroom, room 2, and room 3. The bathroom has a shower and sink, while the toilet is located in the hallway. Rent and deposit: The rent for room 1 is €685,- including an advance of €50,- for gas, water, and electricity.
