ROOMMATES WANTED!!! Dear room seeking students (m/f), 2 of our roommates are unfortunately leaving us so we are looking for a new girl and guest to join our little house!!! one room is 23m3 (665,- inclusive, pictures will be available!) and the other is 18 m2 (568,- inclusive, see pictures!!!). This room of 18m2 is divided into separate bedroom and living room!!! They also have their own balcony and built-in closets! The house is on the floresplein right next to the ap!!! Ideal. 7 minutes cycling to your favo pub in the city and also the UMCG is around the corner! We are a cozy student house where every Tuesday we eat together, have a beer, watch series, play games or possibly go out! We also drop in on each other and enjoy chilling out or going out together. We are active in several associations. We have a lovely front yard where the sun shines all summer and a backyard where parties are regularly given! We are looking for a cozy person, who already has his own life in Groningen and likes to be active but also can keep peace in the house;) The kitchen and shower we share with the 4 of us and we also have a washing machine!!! the hospi is on tuesday evening march 17th!
