These compact yet comfortable living spaces are ideal for working professionals or students who would like to live independently with shared facilities. Each studio has its own kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. In addition, every unit has a private bathroom with a shower and washbasin cabinet. The toilet is shared per floor. All units are fully furnished and include, among other things, a comfortable boxspring bed, television and an air conditioning system that can both cool and heat. This makes the studios ready for immediate occupancy. Residents can make use of a large shared terrace, which is a great place to relax outdoors. On the ground floor there is also a shared bicycle storage area. Multiple units are available with a size ranging from approximately 16 m² to 25 m². The base rent ranges between €700 and €825 per month, depending on the size of the unit. In addition to the base rent, service costs will be charged for furniture, gas, water, electricity and WiFi. These service costs are calculated proportionally based on the number of square meters of the living space.
