We offer three renovated, compact single-occupancy student studios in a prime location in the center of Maastricht. Studio layout: A compact space (total 20 m²) with plenty of natural light. The living/sleeping area (12 m², including an open kitchen) is located at the front and even offers some view of the Maas. The open kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, extractor hood, and refrigerator. At the rear of the studio, you will find the bathroom, which includes a separate toilet, sink, and shower cabin. The bathroom also offers space to place a (wardrobe) closet. Details: The studios are exclusively intended for occupancy by one quiet student per studio.
