Hey everyone, We are looking for a new housemate. It concerns a nice home in Utrecht Lunetten, located opposite the shopping center. The house can be accessed via a walkway overlooking a courtyard with plenty of greenery and sufficient parking. The room we are renting out can be seen in the last two photos. The room faces east and has a surface area of 10 m². It is in good condition. It is therefore a fairly cozy room, but if another housemate decides to leave in the future, there is always the possibility to rent a different room (instead of the current one or as an additional second room). On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen-living area that is fully furnished and equipped with all standard cooking utensils, etc. This space, along with the toilet and the shower, will be shared by the three of us. Another shared space is the large rooftop terrace (60 m²). The supermarket, bus stops, train station, and park are all within easy walking distance, and both the city center and the Uithof can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes by bike. As mentioned, the house will be shared by three people. I am the main tenant, and in consultation with the other residents, I will determine the house rules. We are definitely not a party/student house. Therefore, we prefer a new housemate who is calm, leaves shared spaces clean, and has no trouble following house rules. If you come to live with us, you will first receive a rental contract for six months. If living together goes well, you will receive a new contract for an indefinite period. Kind regards, Simon Beste mensen, Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe huisgenoot. Het gaat om een mooie woning in Utrecht Lunetten, gelegen tegenover het winkelcentrum. Het huis is te bereiken via een balustrade die uitkijkt op het hofje waar veel groen en voldoende parkeergelegenheid is. De kamer die we verhuren is te zien op de laatste twee foto's. De kamer kijkt uit op het oosten. De kamer heeft een oppervlak van 10m2 en is in goede staat. Het gaat hier dus om een vrij knusse kamer, maar als in de toekomst een andere huisgenoot besluit te vertrekken is er altijd de mogelijkheid om een andere kamer te huren (in plaats van de huidige kamer of als 2e kamer erbij). Op de begane grond is een ruime woonkeuken te vinden die volledig gemeubileerd is en voorzien is van alle normale kookgerei ed. Deze ruimte, de wc en de douche zullen we met zijn drieën delen. Een laatste gemeenschappelijke ruimte is het grote dakterras (60m2). De supermarkt, bushaltes, treinstation en park zijn allen makkelijk te voet te bereiken en zowel de binnenstad als de Uithof bereik je met 10 a 15 minuutjes fietsen. Zoals aangegeven zullen we het huis met zijn drieën delen. Ik ben de hoofdhuurder en ik zal in overleg met de andere bewoners de huisregels bepalen. Wij zijn zeker geen feest/studentenhuis. We hebben dan ook een voorkeur aan een nieuwe huisgenoot die rustig is, de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes schoon achterlaat en geen moeite heeft de huisregels te volgen. Wanneer je bij ons wilt komen wonen, krijg je eerst een huurcontract voor een half jaar, als het samenwonen dan bevalt krijg je een nieuw huurcontract voor onbepaalde tijd. Als je interesse hebt, stuur dan een bericht waarin je kort wat over jezelf verteld (studie/werk, hobby's/interesses, persoonlijkheid/eigenaardigheden). De huidige huisgenoot wil de kamer halverwege april verlaten. Ik hoop de kennismaking/bezichtiging volgende week en/of de opvolgende week in te plannen, waar ik 2 middagen en avonden zal kiezen dat mensen uitgenodigd worden. Hopelijk horen we van jullie.
