One sleepingroom is recently rented out to an exchange student. The wheel house is a very nice place to relaxt, cook your food and enjoy the 360 degrees view over the harbour. Everything is there, beds bedding, furniture, so completely furnished. Only take your cloths and toothbrush. This boat used to be rented out as a hotel/air bnb location. . This very special apartment has a tiny kitchen. 2 sleeping rooms, both with double beds.The bathroom has a shower. This boat is centrally heated, so no cold house, The same comfort as a modern apartment in a building. This houseboat is permanently moored at the Marina Rotterdam. Registration is only possible through a briefadress at gemeente Rotterdam. (see for info website if Rotterdam). Note: this registration will take a couple of weeks time. Location is very central, just 5 minutes walking to the coolsingel and next to the erasmus bridge. Close to the University Interested to have a look, you can make an appointment to visit the boat this weekend in Rotterdam. The rent is 640 euro for this room, this is including water elektra gas beddings, furniture etc. completely furnished like a short stay hotel, especially for foreign students. Start of rental contract: 1 april 2026.
