Someone with their own (social) life, but who also likes to have dinner or a drink together once in a while. About me: I (32) am working and love what the city has to offer (hospitality, boating on the canals and culture/events). In addition, I am traveling and regularly on the road. At home I find it important that it is clean and relaxed, with of course room for sociability. The apartment is fully furnished and has a spacious balcony, a separate storage room and an extra home office, so you don't have to put a desk in your room (if you want to use it). In addition, there is practically a boat in front of the door that you can possibly use in the summer. The room is about 10 m².
