- Dutch speaking only - Dear house looking 25 plus, In May we have a room available, so we are looking for a new roommate! We live on the Jan van Zutphenstraat in New West. Close to streetcar 1 and some nice walks like the Sloterplas. The AH is less than two minutes walk. Our fine house is, to put it mildly, equipped with all conveniences. We have a spacious house (120 m2) with two bathrooms, one with bath, a huge walk-in kitchen with dishwasher, evening sun and a huge open living room because of the glass wall. In our home you get sporty bon vivant David (26), creative cook Jitske (27) and organized bookworm Kirsten (27) for free. We like to be informed about each other's lives but all three of us do our own thing. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys eating together with whoever is at home, but does not depend on us for companionship. Also, we strongly prefer someone who has lived on their own for a while and is working or final stage studies. The room you will move into is over 10M2 with a large window.
