The apartment includes: - 3 bedrooms - Large shared living room - Fully equipped kitchen - Bathroom with bathtub, rain shower & two sinks - Separate toilet - Laundry room & storage space You will be living with David (30) and with me, Marta (28). I recently moved to Amsterdam to work as a Graphic Designer on an agency 😊 I’m new at the city so I’m up to make plans and friends. I’m originally from Madrid so I can speak Spanish and English. Big plus if you speak Spanish as well and likes to hang out sometimes. ⚠️ Important: This listing is for April but there is a possible option to extend or move into a permanent contract with registration, depending on the final arrangement with the landlord. In that case, the deposit would increase by €1000 (total 1300€) and there would be a separate fee for taking over the furniture (to be discussed). In the case of the extension you would need to have a monthly brutto salary at least 3 times the room price.
