Move in date between March 21st and April 1st! Nea (28) and I (29) are looking for a friendly working/end of studies housemate (m/f/x 23+). We are one Dutch and one Finnish woman, both working. We go for a coffee or drink together every now and then, but also have our own lives. We love talking (or ranting) about our days, but the house is big enough to do your own thing. The room is 14m2 and unfurnished. The rent is +-815, including all utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet, etc, only annual government taxes are additional). We could provide more clear pictures of the room later, if interested. Registration is possible! Proof of income is required. The entire apartment is around 98m2 and has 2 floors. The first floor has a spacious living room with a balcony and a comfortable kitchen with, once again, a nice view. The tram stop 1 is just around the corner, and the 2 & 17 are close by, so the city center is easily accessible by public transport. Osdorp is not super central, but for example, Vondelpark is only a 15 min bike ride away. Are you interested?
