It is fully furnished and fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.), so you only need to bring your luggage. It’s shared with only one roommate (french, 28yo), and the bedrooms aren't next to each other, which makes it perfect if you value privacy. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The neighbourhood is very quiet, family-friendly, and surrounded by water, while still being exactly 5 minutes by tram from Amsterdam Centraal station. There is a shopping area 5 min walk from the house, where you can find anything you need. Rent is €1430 per month, (1300 rent + 130 utilities).
