Around the corner is osdorplein where almost all stores can be found. As our front yard we have Sloterplas where we regularly walk and with good weather picknicken☀️. In 15 minutes you are on leidseplein with streetcar 1 or 17. The house has a common living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We have a washing machine and dishwasher (very nice!) a spacious balcony and a storage room. 👌🏽 The room is 7m2 and is available from April for an indefinite period. The basic rent is €548,86 with additional costs around 50 euros per month.
